Rhode Island is a state brimming with tradition, and two of its long-time institutions – Amica Insurance and Trinity Repertory Company – are pleased to continue their partnership once again in 2022.
Founded in Providence, Amica has been creating peace of mind and building enduring relationships with policyholders, standing by them through every stage of their lives, for over 115 years. Trinity Rep has also delighted its customers over the years, having staged A Christmas Carol for more than four decades.
The annual performance of the show, and Trinity Rep’s other productions, have served as a cherished cultural touchstone for many Rhode Islanders. That includes Amica employees.
“Live theater is an amazing experience, and Trinity Rep’s productions are always top-notch. I have fond memories of the many entertaining and thought-provoking shows that I’ve seen there with friends and family over the years,” said Andy Rose, Amica’s Social Media and Customer Insights Officer.
Besides tradition, a long history of giving back also links Amica and Trinity Rep. Both support charitable programs and events that help those in need and encourage growth and stability.
It’s that time of year again, and watching Ebenezer Scrooge embrace the spirit of giving has become a holiday ritual for so many Rhode Islanders and their families during the holiday season.
“I’ll never forget attending A Christmas Carol as an elementary school student – it always signaled the start of the holiday season for my friends and me,” remembered Brendan Dowding, Communications and Public Relations Manager at Amica.
“As a lifelong Rhode Islander, it’s wonderful to see that this tradition is still going strong, so that others can experience the same joy we felt back then,” he said
