Double occupancy: $4,200/person
Single occupancy: $4,900/person
(Price includes $500 tax-deductible donation to Trinity Rep.)

A 50% deposit is due upon booking, to reserve your spot on the trip. Balance due by Wednesday, February 28, 2024. All transactions are non-refundable.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Hotel. Five nights deluxe accomodations at The Banneker Hotel, a 4-star boutique hotel in the heart of the city
  • Meals. Welcome reception. Full breakfast daily. Two group meals. Farewell reception
  • Experiences. Tickets to six performances, curated by artistic director Curt Columbus.
    • Message in a Bottle at the Kennedy Center. A spectacular new dance-theater show based on the songs of Sting, choreographed by Olivier Award nominee Kate Prince. (Thursday afternoon)
    • At the Wedding at the Studio Theatre. A contemporary comedy from Theatre Visions Award-winning playwright Bryna Turner. (Thursday evening)
    • Unknown Soldier at Arena Stage. “An extraordinary, haunting, deeply affecting” musical with book by Daniel Goldstein and and music by Michael Friedman (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson). (Friday evening)
    • Hester Street at Theater J. World premiere theatrical adaptation of the 1975 film with original music from Joel Waggoner and script by Sharyn Rothstein. (Saturday afternoon)
    • Webster’s Bitch at Keegan Theater. Award-winning new comedy from Jacqueline Bircher. (Saturday evening)
    • Macbeth featuring Ralph Fiennes (The Constant Gardener, Harry Potter) and Indira Varma (Game of Thrones) in an immersive environmental production at Shakespeare Theater Company. This is the production’s only U.S. engagement. (Sunday afternoon)
  • Enrichment. Engaging in-depth discussions and wine reception after evening performances. Access to select artists. Full participation and guide services of artistic director Curt Columbus and Nate Watson
  • Exploration. Curated museum experience and free time to self-program and enjoy DC at your leisure with concierge supprot from Nate Watson
  • Group Air Travel is available as an Optional Add-On. Round-trip group air travel is available as an add-on from Providence (PVD/T.F. Green Airport) to Washington, DC (DCA/Reagan National) via Southwest Airlines for $180 per person. (Limited to 18 travelers.) The itinerary for this option is as follows: PVD-DCA (flight #WN3973) departing from T.F. Green Airport at 4:45 PM on Wednesday, April 17. Travelers will return on flight #WN1482 departing DCA at 9:40 AM and arriving at 11:05 AM at PVD on Monday, April 22. Transportation will be provided from DCA to the hotel and back for those opting into group air travel. Travelers will need to make their own transportation arrangements to/from T.F. Green Airport

  • Transportation to and from Washington, DC is not included in the tour’s base price. See above for Group Air Travel Add-On option. Please plan to to arrive by the evening of Wednesday, April 17. Travelers may check into the hotel after 3:00 PM
  • Transportation between venues that are within reasonable walking distance
  • Trip cancellation insurance or travel insurance. (Insurance is strongly recommended)

THE FINE PRINT

Reservations. Reservations will be processed and dated in order of receipt. Registration payments must be received no later than February 28, 2024. All transactions are nonrefundable.

Tax-Deductible Donation. This trip is a fundraiser for Trinity Rep and a portion of proceeds will support the theater’s artistic and educational programming. The estimated fair market value of goods and services received is $3,700/person for double occupancy, $4,400/person for single occupancy, and $180/person for optional airfare add-on.

Group size. Minimum group size is 15 paid participants. Tour will not operate with fewer people. Maximum tour size is 24.

Documents required. Valid government-issued photo ID.

Not included. Transportation to and from Washington, DC (group air travel is available for as an optional add-on). Unless specified, meals and beverages are not included, nor are personal incidentals, such as telephone calls and laundry; and any item not specifically mentioned above. Personal items charged to your room must be settled at checkout time.

Liability. Trinity Repertory Company and Elevated Travel Adventures LLC assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, or other conveyance that may be used wholly or in part in the performance of their duty to travelers; neither will they be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned by reason of any proprietor, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. Trinity Rep and Elevated Travel Adventures LLC reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any traveler as a member of the tour at any time. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the travelers, for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the tour operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the traveler. The sole responsibility of any airline used in the tour is limited to that set out on the traveler contract evidenced by the ticket. Any carrier used is not responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time travelers are not aboard their planes or conveyances. Similar responsibilities as noted above apply to all carriers.
